Tuesday 24th 2012 - Alice Spring to the Devils Marbles

We hit the road around 10am and drove north to the Devils Marbles. There were a few sight seeing opportunities along the way however we just wanted to head north.  The one stop we did make was at Wycliffe Well which is the town known as the UFO Centre of Australia.
The kids had a laugh having their photo taken with a bunch of little green alien men outside the roadhouse.

It's amazing how much the weather changed! We stopped at Devils Marbles for the night (along with heaps of other people) and to our disbelief we had people pulling in at night and camping less than a metre from us! It's not the style of camping that we like. We had our first warm night camping. Bliss!!
The Devils Marbles were lovely at sunset and sunrise.
