Olivia got a few pressies from us - a new pair of boardies and bathers, a new dress and some bracelets from Torquay. She was very excited to be 7! For breakie she wanted pancakes and bacon & eggs!
Olivia in her new dress and bracelets. A very happy girl.
Our peaceful morning by the creek was disturbed by the arrival of a huge truck to collect the river water. It was a spring water company collecting water! We knew it tasted good and people pay money for what we collected for free!
We drove on to New Norfolk and stocked up at the supermarket (too much according to Ed!) and drove on down through the Huon Valley. As it was getting late we stopped for an overnighter at a camp ground at Port Huon with all the grey nomads. We stayed close to 2 couples also from WA who made us feel welcome by their fire when surprise, surprise it rained again! They all sang happy birthday to Olivia and helped us cut her birthday cake and eat it. (Along with some custard and fruit). Mick and Angela also gave Olivia some chocolate which made her day.
A work of art!
Happy birthday to our beautiful Olivia!
